ADMIRE IMPACT AFFILIATE NETWORK - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By submitting this application and checking the box below, you ("Publisher", "Affiliate", or "You") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") governing your participation in the Admire Impact Affiliate Network ("Network").
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. You represent that all information provided in your application is truthful, accurate, and complete.
3. PUBLISHER OBLIGATIONS
a) You agree to promote offers only through approved traffic sources and methods.
b) You shall not engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices.
c) You shall not use spam, unauthorized email lists, or any form of unsolicited communication.
d) You shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and advertising standards.
e) You shall not modify offer creatives, landing pages, or tracking links without prior approval.
f) You shall not engage in cookie stuffing, click fraud, or any form of traffic manipulation.
4. TRAFFIC QUALITY
a) All traffic must be generated through legitimate means.
b) The Network reserves the right to reject or reverse conversions deemed fraudulent or low-quality.
c) Bot traffic, incentivized traffic (unless approved), and proxy traffic are strictly prohibited.
5. PAYMENT TERMS
a) Payments are made on a NET-30 basis unless otherwise agreed upon.
b) Minimum payout threshold is $100 (or equivalent in local currency).
c) The Network reserves the right to withhold payments pending fraud review.
d) Payment method and details must be accurate; the Network is not responsible for misdirected payments.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You shall not use Admire Impact’s trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written consent.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY
All offer details, payout rates, and network data are confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties.
8. TERMINATION
a) Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days written notice.
b) The Network may immediately terminate your account for violation of these Terms.
c) Upon termination, all pending valid commissions will be paid within 60 days.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Network shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Network.
10. MODIFICATIONS
The Network reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
11. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
12. DATA PROTECTION
We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. Publisher data is used solely for network operations, payment processing, and communication purposes.
